Robert Molnar was born on October 5th, 1965 in Toronto, Canada. After receiving his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1988, he was called to the Ontario Bar in 1990. Commissioner Molnar began his career as an insurance defence lawyer with the firm of Singer Koenigsberg & Greenbaum. In 1995, he joined the insurance practice group at the law firm of Torkin Manes LLP, where he remained until his appointment as Commissioner in September 2003.
Commissioner Molnar is a Past President of the Association of Canadian Defence Lawyers and a Past Chair of the Canadian Bar Association National Insurance Law Section. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Defence Lawyers Association. He has written numerous articles on insurance law topics and has been a speaker at many conferences.

Jasper Jackson was born on the Southside of Chicago where he received his degree in Sociology from Northern Illinois University. Jasper was politically involved in college as the Vice President of the Black Student Union. After college, Jasper joined the Marine Corps and proudly served his country for four years. Following his time in the Marine Corps, Jasper moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in entertainment public relations. Over the past decade, Jasper has worked with Oscar, Grammy and Golden Globe winning clients. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Danielle and their dog Hazel.
